Traveling through over 30 countries in 4 continents across the globe, the owner of The Minh was gifted with the opportunity to experience the Vietnamese flavor in many corners of the world, from the smallest street food stall to the most grandeur fusion restaurant.
Motivated by the endless love for the authentic taste of Vietnam, and our alliance with the community of hard-working Vietnamese people of the diaspora, we want to present our own ideal version of the food that we ourselves grew up with, custom-made to the Hungarian taste bud as a tribute to the environment that has nurtured our business from its infancy.

With more than 15 years of experience as a private congress chef of Vietnam, Chef AQ has been constantly honing his cooking techniques and refined the art of plating.
AQ's culinary philosophy centers on respecting the ingredients, honoring traditional techniques, and creating dishes that tell the rich story of Vietnamese culture through every carefully crafted bite.
